Horizontal volumes and generous glazing create a refined façade anchored by a central entrance, while secondary volumes and outdoor spaces establish a rhythmic composition that extends living into the landscape.
Clear zoning and linear circulation define distinct family areas, while generously scaled rooms and visual continuity between key spaces create privacy, comfort, and cohesion.
Outdoor amenities support activity and relaxation, with a pool and gym positioned away from the main villa to form a dedicated recreational zone, while roof terraces provide additional spaces for gathering and garden views.
