Project Brief

Soto Grande is a landmark residential development in Al Hamra Village, Ras Al Khaimah, comprising two towers linked by a signature central bridge and oriented to maximize views of the Persian Gulf, lagoon, and golf course.

The project creates a calm, human-centric living environment defined by clear circulation and amenity-driven daily life, expressed through a simple and refined architectural language.

The design is guided by simplicity, orientation, and human experience, taking shape as two slender towers positioned to frame uninterrupted views of the Persian Gulf, lagoon, and golf course. A signature central bridge links the towers, acting as both an architectural focal point and a visual anchor within the landscape. Sweeping balconies extend living spaces outward, strengthening the relationship between interior and exterior environments. At ground level, the main lobby transitions seamlessly into a layered Japanese garden, creating a continuous sequence from arrival to landscape and leisure spaces. Carefully positioned cores preserve key view corridors, while stepped outdoor areas shape a calm coastal residence defined by clarity, comfort, and connection to its surroundings.

Design Development

The design shapes residential, office, and amenity volumes from a simple mass. Rotated forms frame sea and Downtown views, while terraces, podiums, and a central plaza unite community and landscape.

Arrival, lobby, and amenities flow through layered spaces of greenery and water, connecting gardens, outdoor areas, and leisure zones into an engaging journey for residents.

The development unfolds as interconnected towers, bridge, gardens, and pools, orchestrating circulation and form into a cohesive, human-centered design.

“At Soto Grande, every element — from the rotation of the towers and the sweeping balconies to the central bridge and landscaped podium — was carefully placed to enhance views, connectivity, and comfort. It’s more than apartments; it’s a human-centered environment where architecture, landscape, and daily life come together.”
