The design takes shape as two slender towers, oriented to frame uninterrupted views of the sea, lagoon, and landscape. A signature central bridge links the towers, acting as both an architectural focal point and a moment of connection. Sweeping balconies extend living spaces outward, strengthening the indoor–outdoor relationship.​At ground level, arrival transitions seamlessly into a layered Japanese garden, setting a calm rhythm from the first moment. Carefully positioned cores preserve key view corridors, while stepped outdoor and leisure spaces form a continuous sequence of shared experiences, shaping a coastal residence defined by clarity, comfort, and connection to place.
