A selection of lifestyle-focused spaces: SKAI Club, pool, zen garden, gym, kids’ areas, and padel court — designed to enrich daily life and nurture community.
Design Development
The building rises in tiered, rotated forms that open views and fit naturally with the surroundings, while the podium and outdoor spaces bring residents together.
“We stepped and separated the volumes to honor the lagoon and preserve the views around us. The lower, forward edge creates a calm, private waterfront, while the tiered forms soften the façade and shape a flowing, connected community along the water.”
