Project Brief
Solera was envisioned as a dual-tower residence where the energy of the city meets the calm of the coast. The goal was to create a contemporary, human-centered living environment that balances connection, movement, and rhythm.
Residents are offered framed views, shared outdoor spaces, and a lifestyle attuned to both urban vitality and coastal serenity.
Project Info
Gently shifting balconies express movement and capture the surrounding energy. Light and shadow animate the towers, enhancing their fluid presence in the urban landscape.
Design Development
Between the lagoon and harbor, two volumes respond to views, circulation, and parks, with podiums, terraces, and undulating balconies giving the architecture a dynamic, living character.
“The pool is the heart of the masterplan, and every line in the landscape was drawn to support it. We extended the building’s lines into the podium so the architecture and landscape feel like one. Indoor and outdoor spaces connect naturally, letting life happen seamlessly, from play to gathering to quiet retreat. Every view guided where we placed pavilions and gathering spots.”
