Project Brief

Blending urban energy with coastal calm, Solera is a dual-tower residential development that creates a contemporary, human-centered environment.

Defined by sculpted forms and a shared central podium, the project creates a connected residential environment shaped by movement, rhythm, and community.

Solera takes shape through two rotated towers rising from a landscaped podium that forms the social heart of the development. Soft, undulating balconies inspired by the pulse of urban movement shift with light and shadow throughout the day, while carefully positioned volumes frame park, lagoon, harbor, and city views, extending each residence to the outdoors. Fluid facade lines and the expansive podium landscape establish a calm contemporary rhythm between city life and the waterfront setting, shaping the project as a connected dual-tower community.

The design evolves from a simple base into a living structure shaped by residents. Terrace extrusions and circulation create a shared pulse, guiding the rhythm of undulating balconies that reflect the community’s dynamic life.

Undulating balconies mirror the community’s rhythm, creating a vertical pulse across the facade. Light and shadow animate the form, giving the building a living, resident-shaped quality.

Grid lines from both towers extend into the podium, forming its central heart and creating dynamic, functional zones throughout the space.

The final composition unifies towers and podium into a cohesive architectural landmark, where volumetric clarity, spatial continuity, and facade articulation converge to create a vibrant, community-driven urban form.

“The pool is the heart of the masterplan, shaping the landscape around it. Extending the building’s lines into the podium unifies architecture and landscape, while indoor and outdoor spaces connect naturally, and each pavilion and gathering space is positioned for key views.”
