Project Brief

Solera was envisioned as a dual-tower residence where the energy of the city meets the calm of the coast. The goal was to create a contemporary, human-centered living environment that balances connection, movement, and rhythm.

Residents are offered framed views, shared outdoor spaces, and a lifestyle attuned to both urban vitality and coastal serenity.

Solera brings the vision to life through two rotated towers rising from a landscaped podium, forming a central heart where community naturally unfolds. Soft, undulating balconies capture light and shadow, while volumes are positioned to frame park, lagoon, harbor, and city views, extending each residence into the outdoors.
Fluid elevations and open podium landscapes create a calm, contemporary rhythm where urban life meets the coast. Every detail — from circulation to shared amenities — supports comfort, connection, and a sense of belonging, shaping Solera as a serene yet dynamic dual-tower community.

Design Development

Between the lagoon and harbor, two volumes respond to views, circulation, and parks, with podiums, terraces, and undulating balconies giving the architecture a dynamic, living character.

The design evolves from a simple base into a living structure shaped by residents. Terrace extrusions and circulation create a shared pulse, guiding the rhythm of undulating balconies that reflect the community’s dynamic life.

Undulating balconies mirror the community’s rhythm, creating a vertical pulse across the facade. Light and shadow animate the form, giving the building a living, resident-shaped quality.

Grid lines from both towers extend into the podium, forming its central heart and creating dynamic, functional zones throughout the space.

The final composition unifies towers and podium into a cohesive architectural landmark, where volumetric clarity, spatial continuity, and facade articulation converge to create a vibrant, community-driven urban form.

“The pool is the heart of the masterplan, and every line in the landscape was drawn to support it. We extended the building’s lines into the podium so the architecture and landscape feel like one. Indoor and outdoor spaces connect naturally, letting life happen seamlessly, from play to gathering to quiet retreat. Every view guided where we placed pavilions and gathering spots.”
