Project Brief
Quattro Del Mar transforms a narrow semi-island plot in Ras Al Khaimah into a connected, vibrant community. the linear geometry and separation from the mainland posed a challenge; how to balance density, openness, and connectivity while maximizing lagoon views and natural light.
The goal was to create a place that fosters social interaction and a sense of belonging along the waterfront.
The team’s big idea was to connect the initially separate buildings through sky bridges, terraces, and plazas, creating multiple communal spaces. Stepped terraces reduce solar exposure while enhancing private outdoor areas, and corner units, duplexes, and townhouses are positioned to maximize views and daylight. A central podium anchors the development with garden townhouses, shared amenities, and a Lagoon View Plaza, uniting the community. Every element — from bridges to terraces, balconies to plazas — blends luxury, functionality, and indoor-outdoor living, creating a cohesive and connected coastal environment.

The evolution of Quattro Del Mar turns a linear site into a connected, dynamic coastal development where form, function, and social life are carefully orchestrated.
This concept sketch explores linking volumes, terraces, and bridges to create a cohesive facade that maximizes views, social interaction, and the resident experience.
Early structural studies placed the bracing on the facade, but to preserve the exterior’s clean lines, the team worked with engineers to integrate it within the interior walls.
