Project Brief

Quattro Del Mar transforms a linear semi-island plot in Ras Al Khaimah into a connected waterfront community shaped by its coastal setting.

The project creates a continuous urban facade that strengthens visual and functional connectivity between architecture, landscape, and the lagoon.

The development is designed as a continuous architectural composition rather than four separate towers, using sky bridges, terraces, and plazas to create a network of shared outdoor spaces across the site. The connected masses are strategically oriented to maximize uninterrupted lagoon views, while stepped terraces reduce solar exposure and enhance private outdoor living. At the heart of the development, the plaza brings together shared amenities and community spaces, while every element, from bridges to terraces, blends luxury, functionality, and indoor-outdoor living, creating a cohesive and connected coastal environment.

Design Development

The evolution of Quattro Del Mar turns a linear site into a connected, dynamic coastal development where form, function, and social life are carefully orchestrated.

The concept sketch explores linking volumes, terraces, and bridges to create a cohesive facade that maximizes views, social interaction, and the resident experience.

Early structural studies placed the bracing on the facade, but to preserve the exterior’s clean lines, the team worked with engineers to integrate it within the interior walls.

Shaped through AI and dynamic design tools, the project prioritizes uninterrupted lagoon and community views, while the residential bridges enhance spatial flow and define a distinctive waterfront identity.

"Solving the bridge challenge at Quattro Del Mar reflects what defines XYZ. We don't stop at design - we stay involved to ensure construction meets the same standard of excellence, delivering a safe and seamless experience for residents."
