Project Brief
A mixed-use waterfront development in Mina Rashid shaped by a view-driven masterplan that prioritizes sea and skyline vistas while unifying residences, office spaces, and public life.
The project brings together three residential towers, an office building, and shared amenities on a terraced podium. At its heart, a public plaza connects community, landscape, and the surrounding maritime setting.
Project Info
Organic towers and a faceted office form shape a view-driven waterfront skyline, opening toward the sea through terraces and a layered podium.
Design Development
Sculpted volumes oriented to the sea and skyline are unified by flowing podiums and a central public plaza.
The office and amenities buildings are introduced together as sculpted, faceted volumes, establishing a shared architectural language. This coordinated move reinforces the office’s contrasting identity while allowing it's prism-like expression to extend into the amenities, creating continuity across the development.
Terraces descend from the residential buildings into the layered podiums, extending across both the residential and office zones. By carrying the same architectural language through these terraces and podium levels, the design creates a continuous sequence of outdoor spaces that links architecture, landscape, and circulation, visually and spatially unifying the entire development while reinforcing the central plaza as the communal heart.
The office building forms a faceted prism, with sculpted voids and terraces that create light, transparency, and a landmark waterfront presence.
The layered amenities building opens to the central plaza, connecting lobby, gym, kids’ club, and clubhouse with seamless indoor–outdoor flow at the heart of the development.
“The architecture breathes with the life of the residents. Terraces, podiums, and interiors unfold as a series of experiences, revealing views, geometry, and communal moments at every step. The landmark is not just a form—it emerges through movement, connection, and the rhythms of daily life.”
