Project Brief

A mixed-use development in Hanoi comprising two residential towers and one office tower, with interiors shaped through a sensory language rooted in nature.

Natural textures, greenery, teal accents, and a soft monochromatic palette come together to create a refined and welcoming environment for living, working, and retreat.

Nature is integrated into the interior through Organic Modernism, shaping the project with texture, greenery, light, and sensory detail. Responding to its park-side context, the design brings together organic materials, biophilic elements, clean modern lines, and refined detailing to create a calm, nature-rooted palette. Bamboo-inspired wood, stone, textured surfaces, brass accents, greenery, and teal highlights work together with subtle color contrast against a more monochromatic base. Across the spaces, greenery functions as spatial buffers, focal points, and sensory anchors, engaging sight, smell, touch, sound, and movement to create a restorative interior experience connected to nature.

The surrounding park and greenery guide the interiors, bringing nature into the towers through planting, materials, texture and atmosphere.

The concept activates the five senses through a layered interior experience of greenery, tactile materials, light, texture, sound, and atmosphere.

Organic, biophilic, modern, and detailed expressions define the interior language, balancing tactility, clarity, refinement, and spatial calm.

Greenery is integrated into the spatial experience, softening transitions and bringing nature into daily amenity use.

“Organic Modernism brings nature into the interiors through organic textures, biophilic elements, modern lines, and refined detailing, creating a journey that activates the five senses. Guided by the surrounding greenery and park context, it embeds nature into the spatial experience rather than treating it as a visual reference.”
