Project Brief

Aura, Atmos and Aqua Residences each express a distinct interior identity, moving from warm elegance and evergreen softness to deeper atmospheres shaped by contrast, light and refined materiality.

Together, they form a trio of residential towers within a single integrated development at Vinhomes Smart City.

The interiors are shaped as a signature living journey, where each tower expresses a distinct layer of the residential experience. Aura Residence introduces warmth, elegance and evergreen softness through natural tones, tactile materials, brass accents and integrated greenery.​ Atmos and Aqua Residences deepen this narrative through a more atmospheric expression, defined by darker contrasts, sculptural lighting, textured surfaces and polished finishes that create a sense of depth, intimacy and quiet sophistication.

Project Info

Warm wood tones, marble-look surfaces, brass accents and soft fabrics create calm residential interiors with a refined sense of detail.​

Lobbies, lounges, gyms, kids’ areas and social spaces reflect each tower’s character while supporting comfort, activity and everyday living.​

Design Development

From tower identity to interior expression, the process shows how Aura, Atmos and Aqua are translated into distinct spatial, material and atmospheric experiences.​

The three towers are introduced through their individual identities, establishing Aura, Atmos and Aqua as distinct characters within one integrated residential development.​

Each lobby translates its tower identity into a specific interior language through material tone, backdrop design, lighting, greenery and decorative details.​

The ground floor organizes the resident journey from the main lobby to the mailrooms, lift lobbies and residential access, while distributing key amenities around the shared arrival sequence.​

“The project was developed in two phases, with Aura Residence as the first phase and Atmos and Aqua Residences as the second. Each tower carries its own character, while remaining part of one complete residential experience.”
