Project Brief

A biophilic residential tower in Bukadra shaped by panoramic views, wellness-driven living, and strong connections to the surrounding landscape.

Positioned between the beach river, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and the city skyline, the project creates a contemporary residential environment rooted in both urban and natural context.

Inspired by the notion of an “urban nest,” the design weaves nature into the tower through intimate sky villas, elevated wellness lounges, dining decks, and meditation zones that float within the façade. A 60-meter infinity pool wraps the podium with a waterfall visually merging with the river, while green belts, rooftop walkways, and curated amenities foster a sense of refuge and connection. Oriented to maximize surrounding views, the tower’s sculpted form and palette of silvery glass, dark grey, and copper aluminum shape a contemporary residential environment where urban living and nature exist in balance, creating an elevated home that feels both protective and open, like a nest within the urban skyline.

Design Development

Through rotation, sculpted massing, and biophilic terraces, the design shapes a flowing, sunlit tower that balances views, climate, and connectivity, creating a nature-infused living experience.

Rotated from its baseline, the tower opens views to the river and wetlands, enhances privacy, and responds naturally to the environment.

Amenities are spread throughout the tower, replacing typical podium-only spaces and fostering daily resident interaction.

From the nested pool, level-one amenities unfold into linked spaces filled with greenery and natural light. Bridges, green belts, and open sightlines create a flowing, nature-inspired sense of movement and connection.daily resident interaction.

"Our goal was to create an 'urban nest' - a space where sophisticated urban living meets the gentle rhythm of nature. Every moment flows from intimate, enclosed pockets into light-filled clearings, where greenery is integral, contrasts of light and texture come alive, and every detail enhances the residents' experience."
