Project Brief
Located on Raha Island beside the existing Old Gateway Building, the new residential complex was envisioned as a contemporary landmark marking the entry to the semi-island.
The design task was to create a tower that merges urban sophistication with coastal serenity, forming a seamless dialogue between the built environment and the lagoon. The project aimed to offer residents exceptional views, privacy, and a strong sense of connection to the water.
