Project Brief

A landmark tower in Business Bay envisioned to elevate urban living through panoramic views, layered amenities, and a new model of vertical community.

Positioned within Dubai’s Golden Triangle, the project aims to unite connectivity, luxury, and everyday comfort in a single sculptural high-rise, offering residents a rich and engaging lifestyle high above the city.​

The tower is imagined as a “vertical haven” — a sculptural 110-storey landmark where urban vibrancy rises into calm, sky-bound living. Instead of a single, uniform experience, the design unfolds as a sequence of atmospheric layers: an active Urban Oasis at the podium, a quiet Serenity Haven above it, a social Collective, an ultra-luxurious Sky Mansion, and a luminous Sky Pinnacle at the crown. Together, these stacked worlds create a vertical sanctuary, offering residents places to retreat, to connect, and to experience life in all its richness high above the city.​

“We designed DWTN Residences as a vertical community — layers of identity and belonging stacked through the tower. By placing the core where views aren’t needed, every apartment enjoys uninterrupted panoramas, and residents can say ‘my flat — two levels above The Collective.’ These elevated communal layers reconnect people to the city at multiple levels, not just the ground.”​ ​
