The facades establish a refined rhythm of vertical expression, integrating balconies while discreetly concealing service elements to maintain a clean architectural identity. Cultural references, including mashrabiya-inspired screens and layered façade systems, are reinterpreted in a contemporary manner to enhance light, shadow, and residential comfort. The result is a calm, modern architectural presence that responds to Cairo’s lifestyle and urban context.
