    Job Overview

    Oversee site operations for assigned projects, ensuring technical execution aligns with design specs, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Act as the main technical authority on-site and coordinate between project management, designers, contractors, and the client.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Site Supervision & Technical Leadership: Lead and supervise Site Engineers and technical staff; ensure proper implementation of design and construction plans.
    • Project Execution & Coordination: Monitor construction activities, ensure adherence to schedule, and resolve technical issues on site.
    • Quality Assurance / Quality Control: Ensure all works comply with project specifications, standards, and company QA/QC procedures.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Review and approve site reports, submittals, as-built drawings, and maintain proper documentation flow.
    • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure site safety standards are maintained and coordinate with HSE teams.
    • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams for project alignment.
    • Mentoring & Team Development: Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and site staff.

    Required Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil / Structural Engineering
    • Certifications: PMP (preferred) or equivalent
    • Experience: 8–12 years in site engineering, including 3–5 years in a Senior Resident Engineer role
    • Technical Skills: Construction methodologies, contract documents, QA/QC procedures, project management tools
    • Soft Skills: Leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, mentoring
    • Languages: English (required); Arabic (advantage)

    Job Overview

    To lead and manage the design management process across all project stages, from Pre-concept through IFC, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory compliance, and project goals, and Contractual obligations. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact between the client, internal teams, sub-consultants, and site team, ensuring design excellence, schedule adherence, and quality delivery within budget, timeline, and scope.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Leadership & Management:
    • Lead the design management process from Pre-concept to IFC stage, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project goals, and contractual requirements.
    • Manage project schedules, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, highlighting scope gaps, maintaining control over design scope, and quality 
    Coordination & Integration:
    • Coordinate with internal design teams and external subconsultants (MEP, Structural, Landscape, etc.) to ensure cohesive, coordinated design deliverables.
    • Oversee consultant performance and resolve design conflicts through regular coordination meetings.
    • Support tendering and construction teams with design-related clarifications and documentation.
    • Coordinate with the site team and provide the needed main office support.   
    Client & Stakeholder Relations:
    • Represent the firm in client, consultant, and authority meetings throughout the design development process.
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
    • Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring project objectives and expectations are consistently met. 
    Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all design submissions comply with relevant authority regulations.
    • Review and approve design deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with codes and standards.
    • Implement and uphold internal QA/QC procedures and maintain proper documentation control. 

    Required Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university (BSc Arch mandatory)
    Professional Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
    Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in the UAE market.
    • Proven record managing at least two completed projects in Dubai with construction values exceeding AED 300 million. 
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, MS Office)
    • Working knowledge of design tools and coordination platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks is a plus)
    • Solid knowledge of UAE building codes, strong understanding of UAE authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, RAK, etc.) and international design standards. 
    Soft Skills / Competencies:
    • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
    • Strong client-facing and negotiation abilities.
    • High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines 
    Languages: English (required); Arabic (advantage)
